Eric Grothaus

Eric Grothaus serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SixAxis, LLC, since 2018, overseeing HR functions for the brands SafeRack, ErectaStep, SafeRack Construction Services, and Upside Innovations. Previously, Grothaus held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hydro Systems Company from 2011 to 2017, managing HR for the company's global operations, which included locations in Cincinnati, England, China, Brazil, and Thailand. Prior to that, Grothaus was the Vice President of Human Resources at Total Quality Logistics from 2006 to 2011, contributing to the company's expansion across the United States. Grothaus has also held HR managerial roles at 3M Precision Optics and US Precision Lens/Corning Precision Lens. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
