Mads Norman

Mads Norman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mads currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Signs & Work Zone Protection at Saferoad Group since 2022.

Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Saferoad Danmark A/S from 2019, where they had full responsibility for business activities including product design, engineering, production, sales, and finance. Mads was also a member of the Divisional Management Team with regional responsibilities.

Before joining Saferoad Danmark A/S, Mads Norman worked as the COO at Louis Poulsen from 2018 to 2019. Mads also held positions as a Board Member at Stok Poortuut K/S from 2017 to 2018 and SJB Emballage K/S from 2015 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2018, Mads Norman served as the COO at Stok Emballage K/S, where they were responsible for all operational activities and global supply chain functions. Mads implemented customer segmentation, streamlined the organization, and played a key role in three successful acquisitions.

Prior to that, they worked at Danfoss Semco A/S Fire Protection as the Director of Global Operations from 2010 to 2014. Mads oversaw global supply chain activities, factory operations, and led consolidation efforts and organizational restructuring.

Mads Norman also had roles in China, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Danfoss Semco (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. from 2010 to 2012 and as the Director of Supply Chain Projects at Zhejiang Holip Electronic Tech. Co., Ltd. Member of the Danfoss Group from 2009 to 2010.

Before their international assignments, they worked as a Project Manager/Advisor at Zhejiang Holip Electronic Tech. Co., Ltd. in China from 2007 to 2009. Mads successfully managed a turnkey manufacturing facility project, including approvals, construction, and production line transfer.

Overall, Mads Norman has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in supply chain management, operations, business development, and change management throughout their career.

Mads Norman pursued their education at Aalborg University from 1999 to 2004, where they completed a degree in Industrial Management, earning a M.Sc. as a result of their studies.
