SafestHires was founded by a top management team of military veterans with expertise in Human Resources, Employment Screening and Technology.

Our company is led by three Navy veterans, including one fleet sailor, one Navy SEAL and one undercover drug agent for NCIS.

We are uniquely qualified to provide the due diligence and security your company will need to make the safest hires.

> Easy, User-Friendly System

Our system was designed with input from 5000 HR Directors and recruiters to be the easiest, fastest, most accurate and most compliant and America.

> Industry-Leading Turnaround

In side-by-side comparisons with more than 500 other screening vendors, our
searches have always faster by 2 to 10 days. We owe this to being integrated with public record systems, digital connections to verification third-parties, carefully vetted court researchers and technology optimized for speed.

> Highly Accurate Reports

With data-science and machine learning, and with experienced personnel reviewing reports for quality assurance, our dispute rate is less than .02%, among the lowest in our industry.

> Dedicated Customer Support

Every client gets three dedicated service agents, plus live online support during
business hours, plus after hours support when needed. You will always have
access to customer service.

> Compliance Focused

Our customer service agents and technicians are required to earn their
FCRA Certification; our system is equipped with features to maximize compliance and we have the national law firm Littler on retainer.

> Low Price Guarantee

When the capabilities of competing vendors are equal and your decision comes
down to price, we will guarantee in writing to reduce your cost by at least 15% but in most cases it will be closer to 30%. And we will never increase your prices. We don’t charge setup fees and there is no term contract required.
