Most Alberta employers don't need a full-time safety manager — they need the right one, part of the time.

Safety Ahead Ltd. delivers Fractional Safety Leadership to construction, oil and gas, and industrial employers across Alberta and Western Canada. That means you get a seasoned, credentialed safety professional embedded in your business — without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Our founder, Allan Head (NCSO, CHSC, COR Auditor), has been working in the field since 1978. Since founding Safety Ahead in 2007, he's built and audited more than 100 safety programs and helped dozens of Alberta companies achieve and maintain COR certification.

What we do:
• Fractional Safety Manager services (on-site and remote)
• COR program development, gap analysis, and audit preparation
• OHS legislation compliance and documentation
• Safety management system builds from the ground up
• Toolbox talks, orientations, and frontline training

We don't hand you a binder and walk away. We become part of your team — showing up, staying accountable, and making safety something your people actually use.

Based in Edmonton. Serving Alberta and Western Canada.
