Their experience includes nearly a decade as a Mathematics Teacher and Coach, where they demonstrated strong communication skills and a commitment to leadership through extensive coaching and mentorship. Codey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Education from Valparaiso University, developing a strong analytical foundation.
