Abbas Ismail is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight, currently serving as the Assistant Resident Engineer at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts since September 2024. Previously, Abbas held positions as a Project Manager at SafeworkCM, overseeing projects at Pierce College, and as a Healthcare Field Project Manager at Skanska, contributing to the construction of a new Patient Tower at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center during the pandemic.
