John Hays

John Hays is a seasoned professional in civil construction consulting, currently serving as a Designated Civil Construction Consultant at Cornerstone Concilium Inc. since July 2021. In addition, John has been a Designated Consultant and Over Site Inspector at SafeworkCM since June 2017, where responsibilities include ensuring that proper procedures and building codes are adhered to during construction inspections. John has extensive experience as a Deputy Inspector with California Testing and Inspection since January 2014 and previously held the position of Lab Manager at Orange Coast Testing from February 1998 to April 2000, focusing on scheduling, conducting, and interpreting inspection results.
