Marcos Moraes

Marcos Moraes has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 as an Analista Financeiro at ENERMAX. Marcos then worked as a Finance Manager at Positioning Consultoria from 2006 to 2007, before moving to Polvora! Comunicação in the same role from 2007 to 2006. During this time, they also served as Diretor Administrativo at RPMA Comunicação. In 2015, they took on the role of Diretor Administrativo at BrainStory, and in 2019 they became Diretor de Back Office at RPMA Comunicação. Most recently, they have been Chief Financial Officer at Hook Digital since 2014, and Chief Operating Officer at Saffe since 2021.

Marcos Moraes completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration/Finance from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho between 1998 and 2001. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Universidade Paulista, where they obtained a degree in Marketing Management. In 2009, they earned a Post-Graduate degree in Administration from Universidade Paulista and, in 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Administration, Business, and Marketing from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios. Additionally, Moraes has obtained several certifications, including Leadership and Learnability from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in August 2021, Management of Operations from Insper in June 2021, Digital Marketing from EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia in May 2021, Planning in Communication and PR from Faculdade Cásper Líbero in May 2021, and Google Data Studio from Udemy Brasil in April 2020.
