Saffron Housing Trust is a housing association based in South Norfolk with over 6,600 homes in Norfolk, Suffolk and across East Anglia. We have 200+ employees who are committed to providing quality homes and services to our tenants, offering affordable homes for those in housing need and specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults.

We want Saffron to be known for Inspiring Community, Inspiring Trust and being an Inspiring Organisation.

At the heart of our strategy is working side by side with our tenants and communities to improve homes and services. We are committed to the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants Charter and we review this every year with our tenant groups. 
 
As part of our drive to develop new affordable homes in Norfolk and Suffolk, we are committed to helping solve the housing crisis. We have ambitious plans, with a focus on continually improving our services, creating greater efficiency and improved performance in our processes, and helping to shape and support local communities.
