ADELINE FAURE

Adeline Faure has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, with a career spanning over two decades. At Safran, from 2013 to June 2016, Adeline served as the Company Skills & Competencies Manager and Leadership Model Deployment Manager, focusing on strategic workforce planning and knowledge management across five divisions. From 2006 to 2012, Adeline worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Magellis Consultants, implementing HR missions and delivering training for various clients, including Airbus. Recently, Adeline held multiple leadership roles at Safran, including Head of Leadership Transformation & People Empowerment and Head of HR Development, where responsibilities included managing senior careers, securing succession plans, and implementing HR policies. Adeline's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering of Training and Employment Systems from Université Paul Sabatier and a Master's degree in Consulting from Sup de Co Toulouse.
