Aurélien Pernin is a specialized metallographer focusing on nickel and titanium bases at Safran, where they have worked since 2015. They began their career at Safran Aircraft Engines in 2005, initially performing micrographic and macrographic inspections on critical parts. Throughout their tenure, Aurélien became a key player in continuous improvement initiatives and progressed to methods services, where they oversee the creation and validation of technical documentation and serve as a NADCAP audit pilot. Their extensive experience has fueled a deep passion for material transformation methods and effective quality control practices. Aurélien also actively trains and supervises operators while facilitating collaboration between quality, production, and laboratory services.
