Benoit Amiens

Benoit Amiens is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services Centers and Vice President for International HR Coordination at Safran since October 2015. With a focus on leading HR Zones Organisation across Asia, North America, and EMEA, Benoit oversees the implementation of the Group's HR strategy while ensuring compliance with local needs and regulations. Prior positions include Deputy Corporate Vice President for Executive Talent Management and C&B, and Vice President for HR EMEA and India at Safran, as well as significant HR roles in companies such as Snecma Propulsion Solide and SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE. Benoit holds a DEA in Psychology and Social Psychology from Université Blaise Pascal.
