Boris Netchaeff

Boris Netchaeff possesses extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Fuel & Control systems business unit at Safran Aerosystems since June 2014. Previously, Boris held the roles of CFO/COO for Safran Group in the Russian Federation, managing financial operations across ten legal entities, overseeing restructuring initiatives, and establishing a shared services center. A senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2007 to 2014, Boris specialized in business recovery services and transaction support. Earlier experience includes the role of Deputy CFO at Groupe Yves Rocher, where financial modeling and analysis of consolidated statements were key responsibilities, and an associate position at PHG Investments focusing on corporate finance and venture capital initiatives. Boris began as a senior auditor at EY after completing an economics degree at Université de Rouen and further studies at NEOMA Business School and State University of Management.
