Cédric Gallet is a Continuous Improvement Manager and Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma at Safran Aircraft Engines, with over 10 years of experience in the Medical Devices and Aerospace industries. Gallet has held roles ranging from Quality to Project Leader and Manager, gaining a reputation for fostering collaborative teams and leading successful process enhancements. Previously, Gallet worked in various engineering and improvement roles at companies such as Stryker and Maison Jean Rousseau, focusing on process digitalization, quality management, and waste reduction. Gallet earned an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanics and Microtechnologies from Ecole nationale supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques.
