Douglas May

Douglas May currently serves as the Regional CIO for Safran, managing IT operations across the UK and Asia since February 2015. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Business Systems Director at LSP Holding (UK) Ltd, where leadership of a diverse team focused on global systems and architecture aligned with company strategy occurred from March 2011 to February 2015. Douglas has significant experience in information systems management, with a prior position as IS Manager at Messier-Dowty, overseeing operations in the UK and Asia, as well as a Global Oracle Competency Centre Manager role. Early career experience includes roles at Jarvis plc as a Senior Oracle Analyst/Developer, and at ComVest Partners Inc as a Network Manager. Douglas holds a BSc in Computing for Business from Northumbria University, obtained in 1999.
