ERIC MASSON possesses over 10 years of experience in industrial performance and supply chain transformation projects, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Safran since June 2011. Expertise at Safran includes deployment of the One Safran operational excellence framework and managing high-stakes program ramp-up initiatives, such as the LEAP engine and A320 nacelle. ERIC has a comprehensive background in project support from diagnosis to operational deployment, focusing on change management and team training in methodologies like 5S, Lean, and problem solving. Prior roles at Safran Aircraft Engines included Lean Sigma Project Manager and various leadership positions in quality assurance and engineering.
