Fabienne Bernert

Fabienne Bernert is currently the Responsable des ressources humaines at Safran, where they utilize their expertise in negotiation, social relations, and individual and collective legal matters. Previously, they held various HR roles at companies including Saint-Gobain Weber, where they facilitated the creation of an economic and social database and supported operational managers with disciplinary and IRP-related issues. Fabienne also served as Responsable des ressources humaines at Saint-Gobain Sekurit and Saint-Gobain Glass, overseeing HR functions in production environments. They hold a Master 2 Pro in Human Resources and Social Diagnosis from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and a Maîtrise in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
