Fatma Gueye is currently the Responsable de la Réindustrialisation at Safran Electrical Power, a position held since 2024. Previously, Fatma completed a Graduat Program as Responsable Performance Opérationnel at SUEZ in 2022 and worked as an Ingénieur amélioration continue et méthode industrielle at Sogefi Group from 2018 to 2022. Fatma also gained international experience during a mission with Groupe Renault in 2017.
