Frédéric Bidal is currently the Directeur Santé Sécurité Environnement et Qualité de Vie au Travail at Safran, where they define and pilot the global HSE and well-being strategy for 64 sites and 19,000 employees. With over 23 years of experience in health and safety prevention and 9 years in quality of life and working conditions, Frédéric has also served in various leadership roles, including Director of Health and Safety at EQIOM and Consultant and Trainer in workplace hygiene and safety. They hold a BTS in Mécanique et Automatisme Industriel and a DEST in Hygiène et Sécurité du Travail.
