Guy Ferda is a retired professional who worked at Safran Aircraft Engines since 2018 as the Responsable de Gestion des Risques du Plan Flotte Moteur LEAP. They were also active as a freelancer in pre-retirement since 2020. Prior to this, Guy served as the Responsable Plan de Progrès at Snecma from 2007 to 2012 and contributed to innovation and participative projects at Safran Aircraft Engines from 2012 to 2018 as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. They earned their engineering degree from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers between 1976 and 1980.
