Jaroslav Solich

Jaroslav Solich is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in project management and process optimization. Currently serving as Chief Industrial Engineer at Safran since June 2019, Jaroslav specializes in project leadership from initial customer inquiry to serial production, ensuring effective communication with clients and the implementation of process and design changes. Prior to this role, Jaroslav functioned as a Product Development Project Manager at IDEAL Automotive GmbH, where responsibilities included overseeing pre-series production projects and collaborating with various departments to enhance production efficiency. Jaroslav's earlier roles include Process Engineer at Valeo and Process Specialist at Viza Automoción, providing expertise in process adherence, equipment modification, and project documentation.
