Jérôme Vitulo

Jérôme Vitulo is currently the Secretary of the Board at Safran, a position held since 2015. They serve as the Assistant to the General Counsel at LafargeHolcim, overseeing the Corporate and Securities Law department. Previously, Jérôme worked at LafargeHolcim, Rhodia Engineering Plastics, and Rhône-Poulenc in various legal roles, including General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. They began their career in 1993 as a European Affairs Officer at Rhône-Poulenc's Permanent Representation to Community Institutions in Brussels. Jérôme holds a DESS in Corporate Business Law from Université Paris II and a Master's in International Politics from Université libre de Bruxelles.
