Lara Thomas

Lara Thomas is currently the Responsable du pôle Asservissements at Safran Data Systems, where they manage a team of engineers and oversee the development of control algorithms and simulation tools for ground stations. Previously, Lara held various positions at Safran, including Ingenieur expert en asservissement and Ingénieur Stations Sol, and gained experience as an Ingénieur d’études at Airbus, where they contributed to a research doctorate involving relative altitude estimation. Lara began their career with a research role at ONERA and has also worked as an engineer consultant at ALTEN. They hold a Research Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronics and Automation from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
