Lou Thiery

Lou Thiery possesses a diverse background in human resources and communication, currently serving as an Apprentie RH de proximité at Safran since September 2025, with responsibilities including recruitment management, integration support for trainees, and internal mobility analysis. Previous experience includes roles as a Bénévole at Refuge ARPA, Assistante communication marketing at Fondation Recherche Alzheimer, and Assistante Communication et Événementiel at Chiens Guides d'Aveugles d'Île de France, where event organization and digital content creation were key tasks. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Vendeuse at Histoire d'Or and as an Employée Polyvalente at McDonald's. Lou Thiery is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at IAE Evry Paris-Saclay, alongside a BUT in Commercial Techniques from Université Paris-Est Créteil. The educational journey also includes studies in Consumer Merchandising and the attainment of a Baccalauréat.
