Marcelo Berthoud

Marcelo Berthoud, MRAeS, is an innovative Mechanical Design Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry. They worked at Embraer from 1998 to 2019, where they contributed to the development of high-lift flaps, slats, flight control mechanisms, and training devices for commercial jets. Currently, they serve as a Principal Design Engineer at Safran Landing System in the Research and Technology Department. Marcelo holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from EEI and has completed multiple graduate studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
