Mathilde Herman

Mathilde Herman is currently the Adjointe à la directrice des relations institutionnelles at Safran, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked in various roles including Chargée de mission at the Ministère de l'Intérieur and Conseillère communication et relations élus at DGA. Mathilde served as a rédactrice for the Assemblée nationale's Defence and Armed Forces Commission and held positions focused on innovation and institutional relations within GICAT and the Agence de l'innovation de défense. Educationally, Mathilde holds multiple degrees in International Relations, Security, and Defense from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, complemented by further studies at prestigious institutions such as the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale and the Ecole de Guerre.
