Mathilde Lafon

Mathilde Lafon is currently a Cheffe de projet industriel et infrastructure at Safran Aircraft Engines, where they have been since 2023. Previously, they served as an Aide conducteur de travaux at ETANDEX from 2020 to 2021 and as a Tutrice in the Égalité de chances program from 2019 to 2020. Mathilde has also worked as a Moniteur de colonie in 2017 and held the position of Secrétaire at the Bureau Des Élèves INSA Hauts-De-France from 2021 to 2022. Their early experience includes a role as a Stagiaire in mechanical engineering and materials at Safran Helicopter Engines.
