Maxime Leconte is currently the Program Director for the LEAP-1C propulsion system at Safran. Previously, from 2014 to 2018, they held several significant roles within the company, including Head of Department for Engine Control and Monitoring Systems and Deputy Chief Engineer for Aircraft Engines. Maxime's extensive experience includes leadership over design and project management of critical systems, as well as work on the Silvercrest engine and aerospace avionics for the Airbus A380. They have also pursued advanced education through programs at IESE Business School and ISAE-SUPAERO, with a current focus on aeronautics at Télécom Paris.
