Pascal Gentile

Pascal Gentile is an accomplished operational excellence professional with extensive experience at Safran, serving as the One SAFRAN Operational Excellence Director from 2021 to 2023. Previously, Pascal held various leadership roles in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma across multiple companies, including GE Aerospace and Farwest Steel Corp. Pascal earned an MSc in Manufacturing Systems and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds. With a career starting in engineering at Michelin, Pascal has developed a strong foundation in operational strategy and project management.
