Philip Bennett

Philip Bennett is the Head of Electrical Design at Safran Seats GB, where they focus on the design of aircraft seating systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems. With extensive experience in the aerospace industry, Philip previously held the position of Chief Engineer at Safran Seats GB and spent 16 years as a Senior Design Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace, contributing to several key aircraft projects. Philip’s expertise includes system safety assessment, functional hazard analysis, and the design of advanced seating technologies. They are skilled in using various design software, including CADDS 5 and Catia. Philip completed their education at Ashfield Boys High School, where they studied English, Maths, Physics, and Technical Drawing.
