Philip Bircham

Philip Bircham is an Engineering Senior Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team at Safran, possessing extensive experience in international business, program management, and engineering leadership. They have previously held significant roles, including Engineering Director at B/E Aerospace Interior Structures and Engineering Senior Director at Collins Aerospace, where they managed multi-million dollar engineering portfolios and developed processes improving product development efficiency. Bircham holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and an MBA from Pepperdine University, and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and trained as a Lean Expert.
