Reginald Chadwick

Reginald Chadwick is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Safran since December 2021, Reginald collaborates with business partners to meet urgent and long-term staffing needs across various roles, while coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes. Prior to this, Reginald held multiple roles at the US Army from April 2007 to December 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included overseeing regional recruiting operations and promoting Army recruitment goals. Reginald holds an Associate of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Trident University International, completed in November 2019.
