Richard Mathon

Richard Mathon is a Senior Expert Engineer specializing in the manufacturability of composite parts and industrialization at Safran Aircraft Engines. From 2018 to 2022, they held various engineering roles at Safran, focusing on composite parts and project leadership. Prior to that, Richard worked at Safran USA as the Composite Parts Industrialization Manager and held key positions at Snecma, including Composite Process Maturation Manager. They earned a BTS F10 in Micromechanics from Ecole Jules RICHARD in 1987 and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Production Systems Engineering from Polytech'Lille in 1998.
