Rick Elder

Rick Elder is the Chief Inspector and Quality Manager at Safran Aerosystems, where they implement policies and procedures in accordance with AS9110, CASE, and FAA guidelines. Prior to this role, Rick served as a Quality Specialist at Boeing from 2009 to 2013, where they investigated manufacturing issues and trained staff on compliance standards. Their early career included positions as a QC Inspector at TIMCO Aviation Services and an Inspector/A&P Mechanic at EADS. Rick pursued studies in Aviation and Airway Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide, achieving a 4.0 GPA.
