Solène ROUX

Solène Roux is an HR Manager currently working at Safran, responsible for HR and health, safety, and environment (SSE) initiatives. Previously, Solène held various HR positions, including HR Business Partner at Wavin France and HR Manager for Kingspan Group, where they managed multiple subsidiaries and led local HR strategies. Solène also served as a responsible HR for AddUp and worked in recruitment and career management across several organizations. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the École Universitaire de Management de Clermont-Ferrand.
