Stéphane Giusti

Stéphane Giusti is an experienced Engine Program Manager with a robust background in aerospace engineering and management. They have held key positions at Safran, including roles such as Black Belt Consultant and Chief of the SAFRAN Helicopter Engines program, driving continuous improvement and overseeing large teams. At Europrop International, they managed a team focusing on the safety and reliability of TP400 engines, while previously contributing to the development and certification processes for various commercial engines at Snecma. Stéphane holds a degree in mechanical engineering from INSA Lyon and an MBA in management and international business from IPAC.
