Vincent Joris is currently the Responsable Assurance Qualité R&T, Conception et Industrialisation at Safran Aero Boosters, where they oversee quality assurance for design and industrialization phases in various aerospace projects. Previously, Vincent served as Ingénieur Qualité Projet at Safran from 2016 to 2024, focusing on quality engineering for low-pressure compressors and other aerospace equipment. Their prior experience includes leading quality efforts in procurement and manufacturing at Techspace Aero from 2011 to 2016, and serving as Ingénieur Qualité Programme at Sonaca from 2007 to 2011, where they were responsible for quality management for Airbus wing components. Vincent holds two Master's degrees, one in civil engineering from Université de Liège and another in technical production management from Université Joseph Fourier.
