Xavier Heger

Xavier Heger has extensive experience in quality management and supplier development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Référent Supplier Development at Safran since September 2024, Xavier supports strategic suppliers in enhancing performance in quality, cost, and delivery. Previously, as Project Quality Director at ACC - Automotive Cells Company, Xavier led project quality managers to ensure high standards in the development of innovative EV battery projects. Notably, during tenure at Renault Group, Xavier held the position of Crisis Suppliers Quality Director, addressing international quality crises, and as Vice President Quality & Customer Satisfaction for the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, Xavier contributed to achieving the best quality progress across all Renault plants globally. Additional roles included Deputy Vice President at АВТОВАЗ and various leadership positions at Renault focusing on quality improvement and customer satisfaction, supported by a strong educational background in engineering and professional coaching.
