Yvan Mfunya

Yvan Mfunya is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality and process engineering in the aerospace industry. Yvan began a career in engineering at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings as an Ingénieur méthodes and later held various roles, including Ingénieur Qualité Production and Ingénieur matériaux at Safran Aircraft Engines, where responsibilities included managing NADCAP accreditation projects and metallurgical exemption processes. Yvan also worked as an Ingénieur d'études at SIFCO Industries, Inc. and as an Ingénieur Traitement de surface at LISI Aerospace. Currently, Yvan is serving as Auditeur Procédés spéciaux at Safran since January 2023. Yvan holds a Master 2 degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Materials, and Surface Treatment from Université de Lille.
