Bernard Sahut, Ph. D., is currently the Head of Partnerships, Benchmarking, and Public Funding for the Saft Solid State Batteries Program since October 2021. In addition, Bernard serves as a member of the Scientific Council at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and acts as a mentor for My Job Glasses. Previously, Bernard was an Energy Storage Expert and Project Manager at Stellantis and held the position of Program Director for a Grand Défi on high-density energy storage at Secrétariat général pour l'investissement. Bernard's extensive experience at PSA Groupe includes leading the StelLab scientific partnership network and working as an expert in electrical energy production and storage. Early career roles included positions in R&D engineering at Protex International and Protavic International, specializing in Sol Gel processes. Bernard obtained a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Sorbonne Université.
