Erick Lopes

Erick Lopes is an experienced professional in the battery technology sector, currently serving as Head of Battery Product Management at Saft since April 2015, where responsibilities include driving innovation, managing a skilled team, and overseeing the Li-ion & Ni-Cd battery portfolio for the Industrial, Mobility & Infrastructure division. Previous roles at Saft include Ni-Cd Product Manager, focusing on product development and differentiation, and Key Account Manager for the Brazilian and Argentine markets in the Railway business. Prior to Saft, Erick worked as a salesman at Adelco Sistemas de Energia Ltda and as a sales trainee at Schneider Electric. Erick holds a Postgraduate degree in Railway Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
