Kerima Sureau

Kerima Sureau has extensive experience in operational management and process improvement, currently holding the position of Responsable Opérations at Saft since December 2011, where significant achievements include a 20% reduction in safety incidents and a 15% decrease in material variances. Prior roles at Saft included Responsable Industriel, where Kerima coordinated a €20 million investment plan, and Responsable Lean, implementing performance enhancement initiatives. Previously, Kerima worked at FCI Electronics for over a decade, serving as Responsable Qualité and Responsable Opérations, achieving notable reductions in workplace accidents and production waste. Kerima holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
