Nicholas Bessman is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as Program Manager at Saft since December 2021, Bessman has previously held the position of Project Manager at Acutronic USA Inc and Smiths Detection. Prior roles at Saft included Associate Program Manager and Program Engineer. Bessman began a career at Advanced Thermal Batteries as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, following a tenure at RailPlan International, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Early experience includes internships in research and development and product development engineering. Bessman holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
