Scarlett Mathieu

Scarlett Mathieu currently holds the position of Relations Sociales France at Saft since May 2022, focusing on HR analysis and project management. Prior to this role, Scarlett worked at Valeo from January 2016 to May 2022 as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included career management, training, HR communication, data reporting, and support for teams and managers. In addition, Scarlett served as an HR Project Manager and was responsible for the Group Valeo's disability mission. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Human Resource Development Management from SUP des RH, along with two Master’s degrees in Inclusive Practices, Disability, Accessibility, and Support from INSEI, and a Bachelor's degree in Language Sciences from the Faculté des Lettres et des Sciences Humaines.
