Sergio LoRusso is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in system engineering, quality engineering, and process engineering. Currently serving as a System Engineer and Quality Engineer at Saft since May 2016, Sergio has focused on the design and manufacturing of high-performance data cables for various industries. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, where Sergio utilized Six Sigma methods to enhance manufacturing processes and developed data acquisition systems using LabVIEW. Sergio's foundational experience as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate in the US Navy equipped him with expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining complex electrical systems, supervising junior technicians, and managing maintenance operations across various naval vessels. Sergio holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Florida, along with additional training from Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator School and Naval Nuclear Power School.
