Sundar Naveen

Sundar Naveen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the high voltage and electrical engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Quality Assurance at Saft India since November 2017, Sundar leads the quality function and drives change management initiatives aligned with operational excellence systems. Prior roles include Unit Quality Leader at GE Grid Solutions, overseeing critical high voltage products, and Project Leader at Alstom Grid, where Sundar managed technology transfers and product redesigns. With an engineering background from the University of Mysore and further business management education from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Sundar also contributes to industry standardization efforts as a core committee leader at IEEMA.
