Terry Cooper

Terry Cooper serves as the HR Director for Saft America, Inc., overseeing human resources operations for the US and the Aerospace, Defense, and Performance Division since December 2007. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance, while aligning HR programs with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Terry worked as HR Director for SAI, providing strategic HR consultation to enhance business objectives, and as a Multisite HR Manager developing policies to foster employee engagement and productivity. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Shaw Industries, managing similar HR functions. Terry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel Management from Eastern New Mexico University, a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
