Thomas Kitch has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Manager, Product Safety and Program Quality Manager, and Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Saft since April 2005. In this role, Thomas has focused on the design of Li-Ion battery modules and containerized systems for various applications, alongside previous experience in designing Ni-Cd battery cells and systems for telecom, railway, and aviation. Prior to joining Saft, Thomas worked as Product Line Manager for VRLA battery systems at Power Battery Co from January 1993 to April 2005. Thomas holds an MBA in Economics & International Business from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
