Halvard Grimstad

Halvard Grimstad has a long and varied work experience. In 2013, they worked as a DCC at Framo Engineering AS. Halvard then worked as a DCC at OneSubsea in 2014, 2015 and 2016. In 2015, they also worked as a Hjelpelærer i Engineering Design at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. In 2016, they completed a Master Thesis at Forberg International AS, and was employed as a Consultant at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Technician in Mechatronics at the University of Lincoln. In 2018, they worked as Head of Deployment, COO UK and Mechanical Engineer at SAGA ROBOTICS // THORVALD. In 2020, they joined the Advisory Board of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Agri-Food Robotics.

Halvard Grimstad completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences between 2011 and 2016. Prior to this, they attended Sandsli vgs from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they hold certifications in Grunnkurs Fusion 360 from Cad Consult as (obtained in November 2016) and Introduction to ANSYS Mechanical from EDRMedeso (obtained in October 2015).
