Derek Redelman

Derek Redelman has extensive experience in education and workforce policy, spanning several decades. Notable roles include serving as Special Assistant to the State Superintendent at the Indiana Department of Education, and Vice President of Research & Policy at Strada Education Network, overseeing over $6 million in grants and fostering partnerships with organizations like Gallup. Derek founded Redelman Associates LLC, focusing on research and consulting for education and workforce issues, and held leadership positions at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Sagamore Institute.
